MATRIXGO / DATA SECURITY
Security controls for authorized advertising operations.
Last reviewed: August 5, 2026. MatrixGo applies practical, risk-aware controls to the data used in advertising agency work. We share the control areas publicly without exposing secrets or system internals.
Access control and least privilege
Access to client-authorized advertising data is restricted to authorized employees who need it for an approved workstream. Role-based access controls and least-privilege practices limit what a person can view or operate, and access is reviewed when responsibilities change.
Secure transport and credential storage
Information is transmitted over encrypted transport such as HTTPS where supported. Platform credentials, tokens and other sensitive connection details are kept in secure credential storage with access controls; they are not placed in public pages or ordinary marketing content.
Logging and auditability
We maintain operational logs and audit records appropriate to the service so that account access, reporting activity and material changes can be reviewed. Logs are limited to what is useful for security, troubleshooting, reconciliation and accountability.
Backups, retention and deletion
Backups and retained records are managed according to business continuity needs and the applicable client, legal or contractual purpose. We limit retention to what is necessary, then delete, anonymize or securely dispose of data through an authorized process. A client can request revocation or deletion by emailing jingwei@jwmatrixgo.com.
Employee access and incident response
Employees who handle client data receive access according to role and are expected to follow confidentiality and security procedures. We investigate suspected security incidents, limit access where appropriate, preserve relevant evidence and coordinate notifications or remediation when a documented assessment indicates they are needed.
No public description can guarantee that a service is immune from every threat. We review and improve controls as the operating environment changes.
Client revocation contact
To revoke a platform authorization, report a suspected issue or ask how data is handled, contact jingwei@jwmatrixgo.com. Please do not include passwords or secrets in an email.
