MATRIXGO / TERMS
Terms of Service
Effective date: August 5, 2026. These terms describe the baseline for using the MatrixGo public website and discussing or receiving our advertising agency services. A signed statement of work or other written agreement may add more specific terms.
Agency services
MatrixGo provides advertising agency and related operating services, which may include Advertising Account Management, Business Center Management, Advertising Reporting, Media Buying / Campaign Management, Financial Reconciliation, Operational Analytics, creator marketing, creative production and market coordination.
The scope, deliverables, fees, timelines and responsibilities for a client engagement are set out in the applicable proposal, order, statement of work or other written agreement.
Authorization and acceptable use
A client must have the authority to provide the account access, business information, creative materials and instructions needed for an engagement. Platform activity remains subject to the applicable platform terms, policies and permissions.
Visitors must not misuse the website, interfere with its availability, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful or harmful material, misrepresent an identity or authorization, or use MatrixGo materials to violate a third party’s rights.
Intellectual property
MatrixGo and its licensors retain rights in the MatrixGo name, brand elements, website design, text and other materials unless an applicable written agreement says otherwise. A client retains rights in materials it supplies, subject to the permissions needed for us to perform the engagement.
Neither party receives a broader license than is reasonably needed for the agreed service. Third-party platform names and materials remain subject to their owners’ rights.
Confidentiality and data
Each party should protect non-public information received from the other and use it only for the agreed purpose, subject to the applicable written agreement and lawful disclosures. MatrixGo handles client-authorized advertising data as described in the Privacy Policy and Data Security information.
Disclaimers and limitations
The public website is provided for general information and may change. MatrixGo does not promise that a particular campaign, platform, market or business result will be available or achieved. Advertising decisions depend on client instructions, platform systems, market conditions and other factors outside our control.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, each party’s liability and available remedies are governed by the applicable written agreement. If no written agreement addresses an issue, the parties should discuss it in good faith and rely on any mandatory rules that apply. Nothing here excludes a responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Termination and governing arrangements
An engagement may end according to its written agreement, an agreed notice process, or where continued work is not reasonably possible because of authorization, security, payment or compliance concerns. After termination, the parties should follow the agreed process for access revocation, handoff, retention and deletion.
The governing law, dispute process and venue for a client engagement will be stated in the applicable written agreement. Mandatory law continues to apply.
