MATRIXGO / TIKTOK API INTEGRATION
Read-only advertising operations for authorized accounts.
Last updated: August 5, 2026. MatrixGo is an advertising agency. We use TikTok API access to support account mapping, reporting and reconciliation for clients that explicitly authorize the relevant Business Center and advertiser accounts.
Who we are and what the integration does
MatrixGo is an advertising agency jointly operated by MATRIXGO MEDIA LIMITED in Hong Kong, China and 深圳市经纬出海传媒有限公司 in Shenzhen, China. The integration supports our Advertising Account Management, Business Center Management, Advertising Reporting, Media Buying / Campaign Management, Financial Reconciliation and Operational Analytics workflows.
API access is read-only. We do not create or modify ads or campaigns through the API. The API is not used to replace a client’s own platform controls or approvals.
Authorization and data scope
MatrixGo reads only client-authorized Business Center and advertiser accounts. Access is granted by the client or an authorized account administrator through the applicable TikTok authorization flow. If authorization is not granted, we do not use the account through this integration.
The data we may read includes Business Center assets, advertiser metadata, daily ad spend and reporting data. We request and use only the scope needed for the approved operating purpose.
Purposes
We use authorized data for:
- account-to-client mapping;
- financial reconciliation;
- operational reporting; and
- anomaly monitoring in our internal CRM.
These purposes help our agency team understand account context, reconcile advertising activity and provide accurate operational support.
No sale or unauthorized disclosure
We do not sell or disclose TikTok-authorized data to unauthorized third parties. Access is limited to the MatrixGo employees and service providers who are authorized and need the information for the approved business purpose, subject to appropriate instructions and controls.
Security and retention
Access is restricted to authorized employees using role-based access controls. We use least-privilege practices, secure credential storage, encrypted transport such as HTTPS and logging or audit records appropriate to the service. We do not publish credentials or internal system details.
Retention is limited to necessary business, legal or contractual purposes. When the purpose ends, we seek to delete, anonymize or securely dispose of the relevant data under our operational process.
Revocation, deletion and questions
A client or authorized account administrator can ask us to revoke access, stop using the integration or delete relevant data by emailing jingwei@jwmatrixgo.com. Please include enough account context for us to route the request, but do not send passwords or secrets.
More information is available in our Privacy Policy and Data Security page.
