MatrixGo is jointly operated by MATRIXGO MEDIA LIMITED, registered in Hong Kong, China, and 深圳市经纬出海传媒有限公司, registered in Shenzhen, China. They are two operating entities of the same business with the same legal representative and shareholders. For this public website and the TikTok API integration, the two entities jointly operate the service and handle information as described here, unless a written client agreement identifies one entity as the relevant controller or service provider.

We may handle contact details that someone chooses to send to us, such as a name, work email, company and message; account and authorization information needed to provide an agency service; Business Center assets, advertiser metadata, daily ad spend and advertising reporting data that a client authorizes us to read; and technical information needed to keep the website available, such as browser, device, request and security-log data.

We do not ask visitors to submit passwords or payment-card details through this public website.

We use information to respond to inquiries, provide and administer advertising agency services, map authorized accounts to clients, reconcile advertising spend, produce operational reports, monitor for anomalies, maintain security, meet documented business or contractual needs and comply with applicable requirements. For TikTok data, we access only what a client or an authorized account administrator has permitted through the relevant platform authorization.

Our basis for handling information depends on the context and may include a person’s request, a client or account authorization, performance of an agreement, legitimate operational interests, or another basis available under applicable law. We do not claim a legal basis that has not been established for a particular processing activity.

When a client authorizes a TikTok integration, the API may provide Business Center assets, advertiser metadata, daily ad spend and reporting data. MatrixGo uses that information for account-to-client mapping, financial reconciliation, operational reporting and anomaly monitoring in our internal CRM. The integration is read-only for the purposes described on our TikTok API Integration page.

We retain information only for as long as needed for the documented business, legal or contractual purpose, and then seek to delete, anonymize or securely dispose of it according to our operational process. A contract or platform authorization may specify a more precise period.

We do not sell personal information or disclose TikTok-authorized data to unauthorized third parties. We may share information with authorized MatrixGo personnel, service providers acting under appropriate instructions, professional advisers or authorities where a documented business, security, legal or contractual need requires it.

We use access controls, least-privilege practices, secure credential storage, encrypted transport and logging appropriate to the information and service. No online service can promise absolute security, so we review controls and respond to suspected incidents through an internal process.

Depending on applicable law and the relationship, a person may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or withdrawal of an authorization. To ask us to delete or stop using information, revoke a TikTok authorization, or raise a privacy question, email jingwei@jwmatrixgo.com. We may need enough context to verify and route a request.

This public site does not require login. It may use a strictly necessary browser mechanism and localStorage to remember the visitor’s English or Chinese language preference. The preference is not used to identify a person. Browser settings can clear localStorage or restrict cookies; doing so may reset the language choice.
